Our business model incorporates equitable pricing structures and a commitment to economic justice through community-led reparations for surviving descendants of the transatlantic slave trade and longstanding systemic injustices that persist as a result.
In addition to paying at or above market rate for our coaching, consulting, education, mentoring and keynote services keeps our wheels turning and the cash flowing into our hands and back out into our partnering collaborators, organizations and communities and the historically underrepresented individuals that we all serve.
